Crispy the artist

  This is Just some of the things that represent who I am as an artist. I included some inspirational artists of mine such as Alex Ross, Jazza, Salvador Dali, etc. I also included some artwork that I have created in the past. There were so many photos I picked I did not want to overwhelm to many interests of mine using pictures. Instead I put in some doodles and some other designs such as characters, shapes, and some items I enjoy using. I also wanted to create some depth to the collage by taking three different colored papers and sticking them together in a row to create a bit of a 3D effect. All in all this project was a lot of fun to create, it kept me from being perfect and instead lead me to enjoy the process of the project.

                                                                                           The first thing that I could think of was, "How can I branch out my understanding of colors?" I chose gold-yellow to represent wisdom and a memory resembling a passion or a thought. Others might think of this color as a sign of royalty or happiness. I chose a mix of reds and browns to resemble a sense of comfort. The color is supposed to resemble the ending of a chapter and an opening to a new chapter. how I look at this color is the interpretation of life. Where there is dark there is always light peaking through. Others might look at this color as having a fall theme or sense of wood smell because of it's brown hues.
