Project one: Color Palettes

                                                                                     

     The first thing that I could think of was, "How can I branch out my understanding of colors?" I chose gold-yellow to represent wisdom and a memory resembling a passion or a thought. Others might think of this color as a sign of royalty or happiness.

I chose a mix of reds and browns to resemble a sense of comfort. The color is supposed to resemble the ending of a chapter and an opening to a new chapter. how I look at this color is the interpretation of life. Where there is dark there is always light peaking through. Others might look at this color as having a fall theme or sense of wood smell because of it's brown hues.

My next color I chose was a light red orange. I wanted a color that felt warm and energetic. I also wanted this color to symbolize a euphoric dream approach while also creating another comforting surreal feeling.
